Spurs wanted to prove the doubters wrong and beat a rival in the top 6, and Liverpool were desperate for a win to kickstart a climb up the table. Next we talk about the London derby at Stamford Bridge, where Junior is in a buoyant mood as his Gunners comprehensively brushed Chelsea aside. Elsewhere United got a rude awakening at Villa Park on Emery's return to the Premier League, a contentious decision at the Etihad sees City get a 95 min penalty to secure the 3 points, Newcastle keep up their good form by beating Southampton.
